Our mission is to simplify landscape and snow management for each of our customers. To accomplish this, we strive to become the single, comprehensive point of contact for these services.

To forge lasting relationships with you, our customer, we strive to set a standard for employee development and retention. This means a familiar voice on the phone when you call and familiar face at your business when you require our services. Familiar faces that understand the requirements, expectations, and unique needs of each specific location.

And safety is always the number one priority here at Outdoor Pride -- both for you and the employees that we consider our family. Our goal is to provide unrivaled service, with safety as the priority, and in the most cost-effective manner possible. Lastly, we strive to always be mindful that our actions portray our image because our image is who we are.

Our History

1988

Outdoor Pride Landscaping, Inc. was established in the spring of 1988 as a full-service landscape company committed to providing our clients with a single point of contact for all their residential and commercial landscape requirements. Company owner and president Michael Aquilino began operations from his home's garage with a truck and a landscape trailer, minimal lawn mowing and plowing equipment, one Kabota tractor, and one employee.

1991

In 1991, Michael moved the steadily growing young company to a small Manchester, NH industrial park consisting of a basic front office, two storage/maintenance bays, and an "operations" trailer.

1994

The company was incorporated in 1994, and substantially expanded its commercial snow removal capabilities.

1998

In 1998, the still-growing Outdoor Pride moved to its present location, 500 Harvey Road in Manchester.

Today

Outdoor Pride is one of the largest landscape and snow management providers in New England. A year round multi-million dollar commercial management firm based at 500 Harvey Road in Manchester, NH. While our corporate office also serves as our greater Management Branch, the company also has several satellite locations in the NH Seacoast and Massachusetts allowing us to be in close proximity to our clients. Outdoor Pride employs over 75 year round employees with seasonal spikes of up to 350 dedicated individuals. The company owns and maintains a large fleet of over 150 pieces of equipment to support all aspects of our year round services. We pride ourselves on the everlasting values our founders have instilled into our corporation: embodied a culture of learning and understanding, provide effective and efficient service solutions for our customers, above all establish long term retention based relationships with our employees and customers. We are proud to have an organization that is engaged by some of the finest and most well-established businesses in their perspective communities.
